Good morning, wanted to give a shout out to a local restaurant where I am from. Bridge Street Social. http://bridgestreetsocial.com. It’s very yummy. To me, it has a Urban cafe feeling on the interior. The best thing about BSS is the crafted cocktails and small plates. This was our third visit and it has been great every time. The wording on the menu for some of the items may sound like you don’t know what it is, but you know. I just asked the waiter what it was? He gladly told us and then proceeded to let us know what they do best. He was very helpful and didn’t look at me funny because I needed a ‘real person description’ of some of the items. This visit, we selected the pan roasted shrimp – roasted garlic cream, fresh corn tamale for our small plate to share. Since Monday nights are half off burgers, we couldn’t help but try them. They were DELICIOUS! And I am being completely honest! (this is not a paid advertisement!) I also liked that since they didn’t have a pomegranate martini on the menu, he just made me something similar to it. They aim to please and want to show you all they can do in terms of crafted cocktails!
